Event: International Employees in Denmark

How do companies attract more qualified foreign employees? How do they ensure their highest efficiency and job satisfaction? How do we make them stay?

You are hereby invited to a lecture by PhD fellow Annamaria Kubovcikova, Aarhus University, about attraction and retention of international talents by Danish employers.

Thursday April 23rd - 15.00-17.00

In her PhD dissertation, Annamaria Ku-bovcikova is seeking answers to the abovementioned questions. Denmark, as a small open economy with ageing population, is dependent on access to the global market and the global talent pool. It is therefore vital that Danish organizations are capable of attraction and re-tention of international employees.

The lecture is followed by a discussion about Danish experiences with international employees.

Foreningen Nydansker is hosting the event alongside Copenhagen Capacity and their new initiative Go Inter-national.

Project Manager Kasper Jorn will take ten minutes during the event to speak about what the initiative can offer small and medium sized companies looking to strengthen their export with an international employee.

We will serve coffee, tea and snacks at the event.
